Welcome to JobPath

JobPath provides transitional employment opportunities, training, and
placement assistance for individuals living with complex support needs.

Now launching High School programs

How JobPath
works for high
school kids

Students work with us during their school day.

We teach you to be a professional. Students enter our program as they enter their Junior year of high school. They receive class credit while working on job readiness skills amidst their school day.

Students get paid to explore their passions.

We find job experiences that explore your unique interests. As students polish their skills in preparation for community employment, they unlock the opportunity to secure up to three paid work experiences within their Junior and Senior school years.

Students own their transition process like a boss.

We’ve got your back for life, kid. As students transition out of high school and into the real world, they emerge with a personalized roadmap for success. Digital resumes, specialized transportation options, and ongoing support needs included. Our open door policy can provide support past high school graduation, too.

Pre-ETS Programs

Our Pre-Employment Transition Services assists students as they transition from high school to adulthood by partnering with their school and Arkansas Rehabilitation Services. Students work with us during their school day, learning soft employment skills while exploring job opportunities which match their interests.

Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH is a 10 month program for young adults that takes place entirely at the workplace. It will provide people living with disabilities with tuition-free job training and educational and developmental opportunities at Saint Mary’s. The total workplace immersion will facilitate a combination of classroom instruction, career exploration and hands-on training through work-site rotations.

Arkansas Promise

Arkansas PROMISE is open to youth ages 14 to 16 who currently receive SSI benefits. Participants receive support for their education and career goals. Services include intensive case management, two paid work experiences, education and employment training, health and wellness training and benefits counseling.
